Our Mission
- Establishing a robust centre that provides technical and vocational skills training for creative development is our primary goal. This expansion aims to accommodate a larger student population, allowing us to contribute significantly to the community's educational needs.
- To achieve this, we have recruited highly qualified educators and experts proficient in the skills we offer. In our first year, we are committed to fostering strong ties with the local community, particularly with female leaders. Our objective is to identify and engage with creative youth seeking better opportunities, offering them a chance to enhance their skills.
Moreover, we plan to collaborate with international charities specialising in female and youth empowerment, community development, and promoting gender equity. We aim to compile a list of creative young individuals within the community who are seeking improved opportunities for education and training. We also intend to provide reduced fees for those individuals who have not had the opportunity to complete their education.
Our approach involves conducting a comprehensive needs assessment within each area to identify the specific skills required. This allows us to tailor our training programs to meet the diverse needs of both the young and older members of the local population.
Furthermore, we seek collaboration with Somali communities outside Somalia and with large businesses interested in contributing to community development. Our objective is to facilitate this collaboration without direct government involvement, ensuring an inclusive and impactful initiative. All our efforts and accomplishments will be transparently showcased online, highlighting the individuals and institutions involved in this joint venture.
